I haven't received my order within the expected shipping time what do I do?Please note: All delivery times are an estimate. Unforseen delays may occur during shipping. Its important to us that you receive your new swimwear quickly and efficiently but we are here to help if there are any issues. Please allow up to an extra 7 working days for your order to arrive. If you still haven't received your order then please reach out to us contact@andswim.co.uk with your order number and we can investigate further/send you a replacement.

How long will my order take to reach me?We aim to package your order within 1 business day. Please note this is an estimate. We will try your hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible but please be mindful that as we are a small business we are not perfect. Total delivery times will depend on which shipping option you choose at checkout. Please see options above for estimated delivery times.

Exchange InformationThe buyer is expected to pay any return shipping charges. For exchanges, we are happy to then cover any shipping charges to send the new item back to you. You may return via any method you would like, however we recommend a courier who can provide tracking information and compensation in case your return gets lost. Please obtain the tracking details and proof of postage for further reference. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee exchanges for items that are out of stock. Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. ​ Items must be returned unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in refusal of the return or additional fees. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that items are returned with any hygiene stickers intact. Do not send back items to us without arranging it with us.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?We are really sorry! We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, however sometimes mistakes can happen. Please reach out to contact@andswim.couk with your order number and a description of the issue. Providing we have stock available, we will send out a replacement item. If we are unable to replace your item we will offer a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred. No refund will be issued until we have successfully received your package and we have completed our own inspection of the product. Thank you for understanding.
